What payment methods do you accept?

- We currently accept Paypal payments and credit card payments such as: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club.

Questions about shipping areas and shipping costs

- We only accept orders from the United States for the time being, other countries and regions do not currently support delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

- After placing your order and verifying payment, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

- On average, it takes 10-23 working days from when you confirm your order to when you receive the package. 

Where is my order now?

- After shipping, we will send the URL with the order tracking number and order inquiry to the email address where you placed the order. You can check for yourself.

-You can also send the order number and the email you filled in when purchasing to our email, and we will help you check.

Do I need to pay international taxes and duties?

- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be levied once the goods arrive in your country. The typical amount for duties and taxes is approximately 20% of the dollar amount of the item. However, this is a general guideline and may vary depending on the country the order is shipped from. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

zhhhome.com has no control over and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional customs clearance fees. Be careful in rare cases; customs agents may delay delivery of certain packages.

I need to change or cancel something in my order. How can I do this?

- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make any changes or cancellations after 12 hours or after your order has been processed.

The status of my order shows "Incomplete". what does this mean?

- "Incomplete" means we have successfully received your order! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "shipped".

Can I return it for an exchange or refund?

- We offer refunds within 30 days of your receipt

Will my return include shipping?

- All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

What if I receive an item that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing?

- If you receive a defective, incorrect, damaged or missing item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, product photos, and all relevant references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

How long does the return process take and when will I receive my refund?

- Processing returns can take up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email after your return has been processed.

All refunds will be charged to your original payment method. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or credit card within 3-7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation of the order.
