On our website: ZHHhome.com, your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, ZHHhome.com does not accept returns for any reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What can I return/exchange?
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery must meet one of the following conditions:
Defective item: arrived damaged, broken or soiled.
The item received was not the correct size/color.
Unwashed, unworn and unused items that do not meet your expectations.
We will not accept returns with any of the following conditions:
Items beyond the 30-day warranty period.
Items that have been worn, used or misused.
items damaged by normal wear and tear,
Discoloration due to bleach, benzoyl peroxide and alpha-hydroxy acids or residual bleach.
Responsible for shrinkage or damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers or professional dry cleaners.
Special sale items (More than 40% discount) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
How do I return and receive a refund?
Follow 4 steps to simplify your return/refund process.
Step 1: Submit the following to our Customer Service Team: Email (email@example.com)
- order number
- product name
- reasons for return
Step 2: Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) and our return address.
Step 3: Please follow our instructions on the RMA form to return the item and send us proof of return with a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Step 4: Once we receive the returned item, we will email you within 48 hours and arrange for an exchange or refund. After this, please note the following refund times:
For PayPal refunds, please wait up to 24 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. For credit card chargebacks, it usually takes 7 days, but the time may vary by merchant and bank, ranging from a few days to several months.
Return shipping and address
1. If the return is due to product problems as described in the "Returnable Items" section above, such as: broken, damaged, soiled, etc. upon arrival, we will bear the shipping cost, and a full refund will be given, however, you must send pictures. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. For free shipping orders, the original order shipping cost will not exceed 10% of the order amount.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the exact return shipping cost. We recommend that you use the cheapest registered airmail method available.
3.All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused and with original labels and packaging
