Questions about shipping areas and shipping costs
We only accept orders from the United States for the time being, and other countries and regions do not currently support delivery.
For orders from the US

- Express shipping (5-7 days) $13.99(Curtains $9.99)
- Free 7-Day Shipping to the US: Available on select products

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm AEST/AEDT.
Orders usually take 3-5 business days from confirmation to dispatch.
Some products will be shipped within 48 hours (it will be noted on the product page).
Orders are not processed on Sunday, and if the time for processing an order includes Sunday, it will be delayed by one day.
Large orders or holidays may extend the time it takes to process an order. If the delivery time is more than 7 working days, we will notify you via the email address you left when you placed your order.
Questions about taxes and duties
ZHHhome.com does not prepay duties, taxes and any import charges for all international orders. The customer will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by the country to which your order is shipped. These will be paid on or after delivery.
Order Modification Policy
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the order information. If you have confirmed it or have not responded within 12 hours, we will process the order according to the information you provided.
So if your order needs to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to edit it for you. However, if your order has already been completed and shipped, we will not be able to edit your order. In this case, we can create a replacement order for you.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy
ZHHhome.com is not responsible for packages stolen upon delivery. If you would like to increase the security of your order, please contact service@zhhhome.com to request a signature requirement to deliver your package. This reduces the likelihood of stolen items.
For orders lost in transit, please contact your post office or delivery service before notifying us. We kindly ask that you provide the post office or service with an incident number or similar claim identification before contacting us.

where do you ship from?
We are headquartered in China and have cooperative warehouses in the United States and China. Most products are shipped in the United States, and a small number of products are shipped in Chinese warehouses.
What is your refund policy?
